To ensure the best experience for all our guests and the safety of our performers, latecomers will be asked to wait for an appropriate time to enter the theater.
The aisles are in use during the performance, and we want to minimize disruption and maintain clear pathways. Seating opens 1 hour prior to show start time, so plan to arrive early.
Please be aware Pigeon Forge, TN has heavy seasonal traffic. If you are not seated in your seats 5 minutes prior to the show’s start time you are considered late and may be asked to wait in the lobby.
Late arrivals are the sole responsibility of the guest. No refunds will be given for your late arrival.Thank you for your understanding.

We suggest arriving at least 45 minutes early. This will give you ample time to park your vehicle, visit the box office, and purchase mouth-watering buttered popcorn and a refreshing beverage from the concession counter. Then, sit back and relax in your seat because the show will begin promptly at 3:00 pm.
The Illusionation magic show starts at 3:00 pm. The total show time is approximately 2 hours with a 15 minute intermission.
Absolutely! Family is essential to us. We aim to create a family atmosphere among our cast and crew, and families are always made feel welcome at the theater.
We don’t want you to wear anything you wouldn’t normally wear to impress us! Your comfort is the most important thing to us.
However, we are a family-friendly establishment, so clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language, graphics, or those regarded as offensive, is considered unacceptable.
Yes! Our concessions stand offers a wide variety of mouth-watering refreshments, including hot buttered popcorn, an assortment of candy, and our FAMOUS homemade Amish pretzels! In addition, you can quench your thirst with a selection of bottled Pepsi products.
No outside food or beverages are allowed in the theater.
While you are more than welcome to wear a mask if you choose and if it makes you feel more comfortable, we do not require the use of masks in our facility. We don’t want anyone feeling uncomfortable because they are wearing a mask any more than we want someone to feel uncomfortable for not wearing one.
However, for the safety of our other guests, we ask that if you have symptoms of COVID-19, you do not attend our show or enter our theater. We would love to see you at another time when you’re feeling your lovely self again.
Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit.
